Black Women Leaders take the initiative to share their knowledge in person, expertise, resources and care to Black young ladies that benefit from additional supports. This social emotional learning curriculum can be implemented in high schools during or after school clubs as well as in community groups.

Because...
Princess LoLa started this organization BECAUSE there is a need in our community for more Black Women to take the initiative to remember the needs of Black Girls and how to encourage them not only to dream big, but also how to achieve those dreams. One way to attain achieving positive goals is through culturally specific positive social emotional learning curriculum, active engagement of mentors, internships, and opportunities for mothers and daughters to build and maintain healthy relationships.
